AJ Fischer has been in real estate for almost 26 years, serving 21 years of her career in Naples Florida. From 2005 to 2009 she had an office in Banner Elk, NC. She moved to Lafayette Indiana in the summer of 2009 to take on the job of CEO for Keller Williams. Her job duties included recruiting, training, educating and managing over 100 full time agents.
She is presently located in Crown Point Indiana working as a listing and buyers specialist on the Jana Caudill Team of Keller Williams, NW Indiana #1 agent. She has owned a real estate brokerage, Advisor Realty in both NC and Florida… AJ successfully built the AJ Fischer Team to be one of the top team in Naples, with her team of 16 licensed agents, staff of 5, 2 offices, and 25 agents. Her team was rated in the top 1% of the country and won the “Top Team” Award for 8 years straight until she left Florida in 2005. Her last year in Florida she closed over 300 units.
AJ was President for the Florida State Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors in 2003, and held many different positions over a 20 year span. She served her local board, Florida State Association and the National level. She was a State Director for the Florida Association of Realtors for 5 years and served 7 years on her local board.
In 1996 she received The Florida Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year”, out 140,000 Brokers and “Realtor of the Year” at her local board that same year. AJ is a member of the Howard Brinton “Star Power” Stars and a real estate Coach for Goodfellow Coaching and Consulting.
She presently is one of the Productivity Coaches for Keller William in Indiana. She has written courses for the GRI in Florida that is presently being taught. Aj is an instructor for the GRI and other real estate related courses. She helped write the Team Building course for WCR and for their PMN designation. AJ has been featured in many real estate magazines for her sales and real estate contributions. AJ holds her CRS, GRI, ABR, CSP, ASP, CRES and PMN designations. She is a licensed Broker in Florida, North Carolina and Indiana.
