Strategy, Implementation & Coaching There is a time when as an agent/broker where you no longer have enough time to sell and do everything else needed to progress your business. We can facilitate as much or as little as needed. 1) THE STRATEGY SESSION. We arrange to get together for a day, in our office or yours, or another designated meeting place. The entire day is spent with Coach Ken and devoted to analyzing your business. No stone is left unturned as Coach Ken does an in-depth review of every aspect of your business including management, lead generation and conversion, recruiting, increasing profits per agents, client fulfillment, and of course your numbers and bottom line. At the end of the day, you will have complete customized strategy to operate your business more efficiently and successfully.
2) IMPLEMENTATION. With your customized strategy in place, our next job is to help you implement it. For years, Goodfellow Coaching’s clients have asked “can you just do it for me”? Now we can. A top-notch team of experts working in-house has been assembled to handle every aspect of your business, as you require. We can build you an eye-catching one-of-a-kind custom website, design and update your Social Media, write your blogs, update and implement office systems and many more options. Once the set up is complete we will even manage your site for you. You dictate what you need us to do, and we do it for you in a professional, hassle-free manner, freeing up more of your time.

3) COACHING. With the Strategy and Implementation in place, the final step is to establish regular coaching calls to encourage and guide you through the process of taking your business to the next level. The coaching is focused on you – building a better quality of life and more lucrative business. The coaching is different than any other coaching we have done in the past. You will receive two one-on-one calls and two power calls a month, quick responses to your emails and unlimited call-ins to provide immediate solutions. In addition, our expert staff will be in touch from time to time to check on your progress and provide assistance as needed. There is a charge for the strategy session, which varies depending on where it is held. The pricing for the completely customized program is based on your needs as dictated by you. Q: Why did you do this?
A: I have felt for years that there is too much theory and not enough performance. With this new program you have the option of doing all the implementation or we can do it for you! We feel it will take a lot of the burden off the agents and brokers, and allow you to grow your business.
Q: Do you have to do all the three parts of the program?
A: No, but we always start with the Strategy Session. Once we have the strategy session, we decide what direction you want to take. You may decide you want the implementation and not the coaching, or you may decide you just want the coaching. All of that is determined once the Strategy Session is complete.
Q: Can you come to my office?
A: Yes, we can come to your office. The arrangement and costs would be determined based on the location, time, etc.
Q: What happens if I am already in Coaching?
A: That’s fine. We can adjust your current coaching to fit with these programs. Again, because all of our programs are customizable, it works fine!
Q: How do I pay for this?
A: The payment is handled in three parts. You would pay for the strategy session first, where a certain percentage of the cost is determined by location, time, etc. Second, if you could have customized implementation done (example we build you a web site, develop and manage your social media, write copy for you, etc.) we can figure out the costs and give you the terms. We would need to go over these details. The third part is the coaching, which is different than our Mastery Coaching. This coaching is designed to help you implement all the systems and strategies we have discussed during the Strategy Session.
Q: How long do I have to sign up for?
A: The strategy session is just a one-time session. If you choose to do our implementation and coaching, it would be a year. In many cases we spread the payments over a year to make it easier for you. Again, the details would be made clear in our discussion.
