Coaching

April 3, 2012 by Ken Goodfellow Leave a Comment

A great Coach doesn’t tell clients what to do or spew out one–size-fits-all solutions. A great Coach asks quality questions and encourages clients to think differently about challenges, growth and implementation. A great Coach keeps clients engaged and ensures their short and long-term success possibilities remain endless. Research proves that 61% of agents, teams and companies have improved their sales and bottom line in addition to dramatically fine-tuning their overall skills using coaching.

Being held accountable on a regular basis is one of the most obvious advantages of coaching. A skilled Coach demonstrates the benefits of being proactive instead of reactive which takes pressure off leaders and allows them to engage in strategic thinking and concentrate on the growth of their business. Leaders that are coached report a marked increase in their job performance and productivity.

Clients with the highest incomes and the greatest success have the most difficulty obtaining honest feedback. Too often owners and top executives never hear about developing problems or areas of their business that need improvement. A Coach helps assess value and progress and provides outsider feedback with their client’s best interest in mind.

The key to survival in today’s marketplace is maintaining and enhancing client relationships.  A survey conducted by McKesel and Company clearly defined the impact of coaching.  Here are a few of the stats:

• 76% of coached clients reported improved team relationships
• 74% reported improved client relationships
• 74% reported improved teamwork
• 66% reported improved peer relationships

Working with a top Coach can bring you tremendous financial benefits and a happy cohesive team. In a great coaching relationship there have to be clear outcomes; the appropriate strategies must be defined and the proper tactics put in place to ensure positive momentum. As the world gains more and more information at the click of a button business is becoming more specialized, utilizing a coach to develop leadership skills and achieve high powered-results gives you a tremendous advantage over your competition. CKG International specializes in improving and fine-tuning the skills required in making critical decisions and effectively operating a profitable business in today’s fast-paced environment.

The bottom line is that people who want to impact their life and their business in a positive manner get coached.
