How To Be Indispensable To Your Clients

Saturday Sales Tip

Success in sales is all about the consumer and their best interests. If you take these into consideration and have a genuine interest in them then chances are you will become a valued resource and indispensable in the their eyes. By doing this correctly you will generate a ton of business from both your technique and referrals.

How do you become indispensable to your clients?

1. It Starts and Ends with Them

It begins with your mindset and how you approach every day. It has to be about the customer and their needs! You cannot make it about you or your commission or the next deal.

2. Work with Them

They hired you because they can’t do it on their own, but you shouldn’t do it on your own because it’s not beneficial to either of you. By working with them you learn more about them and they learn more about you, increasing the chances of a referral or additional business. The process is then more trustworthy and easier on both parties.

3. Educate Them

You’re the expert, which as I mentioned, doesn’t mean you should do everything on your own. But being an expert is an opportunity to be a resource to your clientele. There are many aspects of home ownership that you can assist with and provide information on so that you can go from a Top Realtor to the Top Resource for Homeownership in your area.
