3. Get Matched with an Expert Coach
Our team will match you up with a successful expert coach from your respective field that best suits your team structure. All our client’s real estate coaching experiences are radically different, but the framework of the program remains the same.
4. Business Evaluation
Shortly after our initial meeting, we will ask you to complete an extensive discovery information package about your business. This in-depth assessment will examine your team culture, your current marketing strategies, productivity, profitability, systems, administration, values, and recruiting process. We also learn more about you, your values, accomplishments, and lifestyle.
5. Strategic Action Plan
Our team will build you a personalized and comprehensive business plan and strategy package. Goodfellow Coaching’s powerful approach to the industry will bring you and your team to your full potential. Not only will we give you a robust step-by-step plan that will address your problems, we will be there for you throughout the entire process.
6. Real Estate Coaching
Your expert coach will help you implement your business plan and strategy package.
